Talova is a technology marketplace connecting clients who need cleaning with independent cleaners who want the work. Every step below happens inside the Talova app — the website is where you learn how it works.

For Customers

    Choose a service

    Select the type of cleaning you need, from a regular clean to a specialist job.

    Tell us what you need

    Add the details of the job and pick a date and time that works for you.

    Connect with a cleaner

    A cleaner reviews and accepts your booking through the platform.

    Stay connected

    Message your cleaner about the booking, right inside Talova.

    Get the job done

    Your cleaner starts and completes the job, tracked through the app.

    Payment and review

    Payment is handled through the platform, and you can leave a rating afterwards.

For Cleaners

    Set up your profile

    Add your experience, the services you offer, and the areas you cover.

    Complete verification

    Confirm your identity so customers can book with confidence.

    Set your availability

    Manage your working hours and calendar, and take time off when you need to.

    Find and accept jobs

    Review booking requests that match your availability and accept the ones you want.

    Do the job, stay in touch

    Message the customer about the booking and mark the job as started and completed.

    Get paid

    Eligible payouts are processed on a weekly schedule, after the platform's resolution period.

Fees and cancellations

On top of the cleaning service you pay a Platform Booking Fee of 12% of the cleaning service and a Service & Processing Fee of 3% plus 20p for card processing — for a £100.00 cleaning, £12.00 and £3.56, £115.56 in total — all shown in the app before you confirm payment. Cancellation rules depend on how far in advance you cancel.
