Rather than being a single cleaning company, Talova is the platform underneath the marketplace: booking, scheduling, communication and payment collection all happen through Talova, while the cleaning itself is carried out by independent cleaners on the platform. Talova acts as an intermediary technology provider and payment collection agent — cleaners are independent contractors, not Talova employees.

Talova is starting in the United Kingdom, with the aim of building a reliable, transparent marketplace that works well for customers and cleaners alike.
