Fees and getting paid
You receive your whole price. Customers pay a Platform Booking Fee of 12% of your price and a Service & Processing Fee of 3% plus 20p on top of it — on a £100.00 cleaning, £12.00 and £3.56, £115.56 in total — shown in the app before a booking is confirmed; neither comes out of your payout. You are paid automatically every week, on Tuesday: each Monday-to-Sunday week's sessions are paid on the Tuesday of the second week after, provided there is no active dispute on them.
